PIZZA
|
There is nothing better than making your own homemade pizza.
I must admit that I am guilty of always piling my pizza with so many different |
types of toppings & one is just spoiling the whole pizza.
My brother in law, Tonelli (yep, you guessed it! An Italian) told me that you only put your homemade tomato sauce, parmesan & some meat on your pizza. Nothing more! Wow!
I must admit that I do want some other cheese on mine as well. The point am trying to make is we pile our pizza's with so many toppings that the flavour gets lost.
Try & make a plain simple pizza & see for yourself.
In this video you will see they only use the homemade tomato sauce, cheese & 2 types of meat. That's it!
You could if you wanted to add some parsley or some other herbs but this is all what is needed for a good quality homemade pizza.
