INGREDIENTS
SYRUP:

1. Sieve your dry ingredients together. (flour, sugar & salt)
- 250gr Flour
- 15ml bp
- 170gr Sugar
- 200ml boiling water
- 50ml oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 egg, separated
SYRUP:
- 400gr Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
- 75ml cocoa
- 50ml butter
- 45ml boiling water
METHOD:
1. Sieve your dry ingredients together. (flour, sugar & salt)
2. Place your yolks in the center of your flour then pour your oil on to, sprinkle on top of your oil your baking powder.
3. Pour the boiling water on top of your eggs & mix.
4. Beat your egg whites 5. Fold your egg whites into your dough gently so that you don't beat the air out of your dough. |

5. Pour your dough into your prepared tin
6. You can either microwave @ 100% for 7-8 min or bake @ 180°C for ±18-20min

SYRUP:
ASSEMBLE
- Combine all your ingredients of your syrup except your essence & bring it to a boil.
- Remove your syrup from your heat & then add your essence to the syrup.
- Leave to cool.
ASSEMBLE
- Cut your cake into blocks & dip each square into cocoa syrup.
- Roll it then into your coconut & your all done!!!
