I found the best way to melt your chocolate is in the microwave.
You do this in 30 sec intervals about 3 times, depending on your chocolate quantity. You must heck your chocolate every 30 sec & you must stir it every interval. On the first interval it will look as if it is not needed but you have to give your chocolate a good stir for the heat to be distributed properly. On your 3rd interval your chocolate will not be melted completely. This is perfect as your chocolate continues to melt. Just keep on stirring.
