I love these yummy Portuguese muffins.
I always eat them with fig jam & camembert.

250ml cups water
200gr cake flour
120gr Bread flour
1tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp dry yeast / 12gr fresh yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda / Baking Soda
METHOD:
1. Prepare dough in your bread machine
2. Remove your dough from your pan with oiled hands and put it on a floured surface
3. Make six 100gr dough balls & shape them with floured hands (see video)
4. Cover and leave to rise until double
5. Re-shape your dough balls
6. Flour your griddle and bake your rolls for 8 min each side on a medium heat
7. Eat and enjoy!!!
