BAKING JUNKY
My passion for baking started when I was looking for a scone recipe.
I use to buy every morning a scone for breakfast at my local bakery which was next to my work. How I loved those scones. I only ate them with butter, not the strawberry jam & cream route.
When I changed jobs & I could never find any scone remotely similar to those ones.
This is when my quest started to start making them myself.
I must admit that it took me years & years to find the right scone recipe but I GOT IT!!!
From then onwards my love for baking started and I am always trying out new recipes.
I have been blessed to be able to travel the world and try out each countries delicious delicacies. I haven't always been able to match those lovely foods but I am proud to say that I manage to match a few perfectly.
Over the years I have managed to build up quite a selection of wonderful & delicious recipes from all my travels.
For me going on holiday was just a new exciting experience to be able to have my taste buds freshened up again with new & exciting foods.
There has been allot of trial & error through the years but thankfully my passion for baking never got me down. I just loved the challanged to perfect the recipe & my poor husband, family & friends were the guinea pigs.
I hope you that you guys will also love my recipes as I treasure them dearly.
I decided to share my recipes with you my recipes as everybody is always begging me for them.
